We are already available 24/7 for your convenience however, with demand high for out of hours work we have come to the realisation that our customers are paying a lot of money for works to be made safe by other tradesmen.
How does it work?
You subscribe by simply providing your company information, a point of contact and the names of anyone from whom we may accept authority in the event of a re-active situation.
Diment Maintenance will then attend, make safe and provide you with a basic cost to carry out a full planned repair during normal working hours.
You will know exactly how much a call out costs before you have even picked up the phone and you can rest assured that there is no wasted time calling around various tradesmen trying to obtain call out charges and work out the best price. Meanwhile your premises could be at risk of further damage due to lost time.
